Sam is at the market every Sunday and is large and in charge every 4th Sunday for Gourmet Sunday. He organizes Chef Demonstrations and we are working on bringing is some special vendors for those Sundays. On the wish list are items such as cheese and raw dairy products, seafood, mushrooms and more!!
